How does AI roleplay help wealth advisors prepare for client conversations?
AI roleplay gives wealth advisors spoken practice calls with AI clients before the meetings that matter. Each AI client is built from a client type you describe, such as a pre-retiree worried about income or a business owner planning a sale. Advisors practice discovery, recommendations and difficult questions as many times as they need. Every call is scored against a scorecard built around your planning process, so advisors see exactly what to improve.
Can advisors practice difficult client conversations?
Yes. You can build a specific situation, such as a client who wants to move to cash after a market fall. You write what the advisor needs to achieve, how the client behaves, and what would change the client's mind. You can also add background the client only reveals if the advisor asks the right question. Several AI clients then roleplay that situation, so advisors learn to handle it rather than one script.
Can the scorecard follow our planning process and compliance rules?
Yes. You write the scorecard yourself, so its areas can follow the stages of your planning conversation, from discovery through to recommendation and next steps. Each area holds specific behaviors with their own weighting and written marking criteria. Steps your compliance team requires can be marked as fatal, so missing one scores the call at zero. Your compliance team decides which steps are mandatory and how each one is marked.
Can new and experienced advisors use the same program?
Yes. Each client type generates AI clients at easy, moderate and hard difficulty. A new advisor can start with a straightforward client, while a senior advisor practices with a skeptical client who challenges fees. You assign each group a development plan in the order that suits them, and a scored roleplay at the start and the end shows how far each advisor improved.
How does Eubrics decide what an advisor should work on next?
After every call, the advisor's report lists focus areas built from the behaviors they scored lowest on. You can tag your own learning content, such as a guide on explaining fees, to each behavior on the scorecard. When an advisor scores below the threshold you set, Eubrics points them to the content tagged to that behavior, so the coaching matches the gap the call revealed.
How secure is our data on the platform?
Eubrics uses enterprise-grade security with encrypted data storage and complies with industry standards including ISO 27001 and SOC 2, ensuring your training data remains protected.
Can Eubrics integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. Eubrics integrates with major CRM, HRMS/HRIS, and ATS systems, making it easy to connect training data with your existing workflows.
How long does it take to implement Eubrics?
Most teams can get started within a few days. Our team helps configure roleplays, evaluation metrics, and scenarios tailored to your sales environment.
