• Led Large Technical Teams: Successfully managed and mentored a high-performing technology unit of 75+ members, spanning Engineering, AI/ML, System Administration, DevOps, Incident Management, Monitoring, and Partner Experience.
• Headed Strategic Data Solutions (India): Led the India team focused on analyzing complex data across systems, delivering vital analytics and insights that informed key decisions for teams like New Product Initiatives, Data Quality, Fraud Detection, Hardware Test Engineering, and factory Content Manufacturers.
Startup Founder & CTO (Multiple Ventures):
• HealthTech Platform: Built a comprehensive practice management and appointment booking platform tailored for doctors. Successfully onboarded 1,200 doctors and managed approximately 5,000 appointment bookings.
