Achieved profitability within the first year, generating $1.5 Million in revenue, and scaled the platform globally to 10+ countries (including Dubai, US, UK, Germany, Russia, Netherlands, South Africa, Singapore) within three years, managing a dedicated team of 15 specialists across tech, UX, design, marketing, sales, and content.

EY's Skill Development Practice (Lead, 2014-2017): Architected and scaled EY's Skill Development practice, targeting ~300 million Indian youth across 25+ industry sectors (including Power, Renewable Energy, Automotive, ITeS, Beauty & Wellness, Handicrafts). Bootstrapped the initiative, securing $0.75 million in revenue in the first year and expanding it into a $3 million business over two years.

Government of India Skilling Initiative (iGoTv2, 2019): Strategized the comprehensive blueprint for iGoTv2, a competency-based technology upskilling platform rolled out for approximately 20 million officers of the Government of India, a key initiative driven by the Prime Minister of India’s Office.
